My lesson is frozen

If your lesson or screen is frozen, please follow the steps in this video:

 

Step 1. Make sure the internet connection is strong and stable

Step 2. Close the app completely (no need to log out; just close it).  Then open the app again and your lesson should play.

For "How-to" videos on closing the app:

Step 3. Otherwise, you can reset your lesson through the Nevvon web portal - webtraining.nevvon.com

(You can use this link on a phone, tablet, or computer).

To Sign into the Nevvon web portal and reset your lesson, follow these steps:

Step 1. Fill in the first box with your Phone Number or Email.  Then fill in the next box with your Password. If you do not remember your Password, just use the "Forgot Your Password?" link right under the Login button.  You can also request a direct access link by clicking on "Send me a Login Link".  

Step 2. Press Login

Step 3. Click on the Module that you want to complete.

Step 4. Click on the Lesson/Video that you want to watch.

Step 5. When this black screen loads please click RESTART. Do not click RESUME or you will run into the same problems.

Step 6. Once you are finished with the lesson you will see a Green Checkmark which means that you have completed the lesson. Once the lesson is finished the next lesson will unlock. If the next video doesn't start or you don't see the Green Checkmark then you can Refresh the website. After you refresh the website it will take you back to the Home Page. Go back to the module you were on and you'll see that the lesson is now complete, and the next video is unlocked and ready to watch.
