My lesson is frozen

If your lesson or screen is frozen, please follow the steps below:

Most of the time a lesson freezes/ pauses, it is because the internet connection is unstable. Check this first by following the below steps. If that does not work, follow steps below "Didn't Work?":

Step 1. Make sure the connection is strong and stable

Step 2. Close the app completely (no need to log out, just close it)

Step 3. Open the app again. I just went through the lesson and I could move forward, so I'm assuming this was a connectivity problem. But, if it's still not resolved on your side, it will be great if you can send me a screenshot showing me exactly where the lesson pauses for you.

Video Instructions

 

Step 1. Fill in the first box with your Email. Fill in the second box with your Password. (If you do not remember your Password just use the "Forgot Your Password?" link right under the Login button).

Step 2. Press Login

Step 3. Click on the Module that you want to complete.

Step 4. Click on the Lesson/Video that you want to watch.

Step 5. When this black screen loads please click RESTART. Do not click RESUME or you will run into the same problems.

Step 6. Once you are finished with the lesson you will see a Green Checkmark which means that you have completed the lesson. Once the lesson is finished the next lesson will start. If the next video doesn't start or you don't see the Green Checkmark then you can Refresh the website. After you refresh the website it will take you back to the Home Page. Go back to the module you were on and you'll see that the lesson is now complete, and the next video is unlocked and ready to watch.
