Summarizes the information and actions available on the Reports tab
Reports allow agencies to pull data from the panel. Reports can be used for many purposes including compliance tracking, hours, progress and more.
To access Reports, navigate to the Reports tab
This screen is organized in 3 sections:
- Generate New Reports- shows the different report types available
- Recently Generated - shows the last 5 reports generated
- Scheduled Reports - shows the scheduled reports set up in the panel
Generate New Reports
This section of the screen shows the 4 different types of Reports available. Click on each type to navigate to that section.
- Completion Report - shows a summary of training completed by each employee
- Progress Report- shows the progress percentage for each employee by program
- Form Status Report - shows the status of each form assigned to an employee
- Program Summary Report- shows a summary by program of the count and percentage of total employees, completion, in progress and not started.
The Form Status Report will only be available if your agency has a Form assigned to your panel.
Completion Report
1. Click on Completion Report to open the modal
2. Fill out the fields to determine what information will be included, and how, in your report.
- Report Name - create a name for your report
- Programs - select which program/s to include
- Locations - select which location/s to include
- Completion - select whether you want the report to show completions based on Lessons, Modules or Programs
- Aggregate - select whether you want the report to show data with NO aggregation, Per employee or Per day per employee
- Date Range - select from a variety of date range options
3. If you want to use this report for payroll purposes, toggle the Use for payroll on.
4. Select which day of the week the payroll period Starts on and Ends on
5. If you want this report to repeat, toggle the Repeat toggle on
6. Enter a Start date and the frequency you would like the report to run. You can choose between Days, Weeks or Months.
7. If you would like to send the report via email, toggle on Send via Email
8. Type in the email/s of anyone you would like to receive this report. You can also include an optional message.
If you have an SFTP set up for your agency, you can also choose to send the report that way. Simply toggle on Send via SFTP.
9. Click either Create or Schedule to finalize the report settings (depending on if you choose to have your report repeat).
10. If you chose Create, click on the Notifications Center.
11. Click Download.
12. If you chose to repeat your report, it will now appear on the right side under Scheduled Reports.
Progress Report
1. Click on Progress Report to open the modal.
2. Fill out the fields to determine what information will be included, and how, in your report.
- Report Name - create a name for your report
- Programs - select which program/s to include
- Locations - select which location/s to include
- Aggregate - select whether you want the report to show the data Per employee or Per employee per Program
3. If you want this report to repeat, toggle the Repeat toggle on
4. Enter a Start date and the frequency you would like the report to run. You can choose between Days, Weeks or Months.
5. If you would like to send the report via email, toggle on Send via Email
6. Type in the email/s of anyone you would like to receive this report. You can also include an optional message.
7. If you have an SFTP set up for your agency, you can also choose to send the report that way. Simply toggle on Send via SFTP.
8. Click either Create or Schedule to finalize the report settings (depending on if you choose to have your report repeat).
9. If you chose Create, click on the Notifications Center.
10. Click Download.

Form Status Report
1. Click on Form Status Report to open the modal.
2. Fill out the fields to determine what information will be included, and how, in your report.
- Report Name - create a name for your report
- Locations - select which location/s to include
- Forms - select which form/s to include
- Status - select which statuses to include. Options include Not Started, In-Progress and Completed.
3. If you want this report to repeat, toggle the Repeat toggle on
4. Enter a Start date and the frequency you would like the report to run. You can choose between Days, Weeks or Months.
5. If you would like to send the report via email, toggle on Send via Email
6. Type in the email/s of anyone you would like to receive this report. You can also include an optional message.

Program Summary Report
1. Click on Program Summary Report to open the modal.
2. Fill out the fields to determine what information will be included, and how, in your report.
- Report Name - create a name for your report
- Programs - select with program/s to include
- Locations - select which location/s to include
3. If you want this report to repeat, toggle the Repeat toggle on
4. Enter a Start date and the frequency you would like the report to run. You can choose between Days, Weeks or Months.
5. If you would like to send the report via email, toggle on Send via Email
6. Type in the email/s of anyone you would like to receive this report. You can also include an optional message.
7. If you have an SFTP set up for your agency, you can also choose to send the report that way. Simply toggle on Send via SFTP.

9. If you chose Create, click on the Notifications Center.
10. Click Download.
11. If you chose to repeat your report, it will now appear on the right side under Scheduled Reports.
Recently Generated
This section of the screen shows the last 5 reports generated. It displays the report name and date for each. You can also download a report from here by clicking on the arrow next to the report you want to download.
You can see a complete history of reports pulled by clicking See all.
Scheduled Reports
This section of the screen shows your Scheduled reports. Admins can set up a report based on specified criteria to be generated on a preset cadence. It can be sent via email of SFTP. Active reports are shown by default. You can change your view by clicking the arrow and selecting one of these options from the dropdown: All, Active or Inactive.
To view the details of a scheduled report, hover over it and a box will appear
To view the actions available, click the 3 dot menu
The actions include:
- Edit - will open the modal to change any of the report parameters
- Deactivate - will move the report to the Inactive list
- Run now - will force the report to pull the data in that moment. It will be available in the Notification Center.
- Delete - will delete the report completely. This action can't be reversed.
