Resetting an employee’s password

You can send a reset password email or SMS to an employee from three areas in the Management Panel: the Employees page, the Programs page, and the Employee Profile page.

You can send an in-app message to an employee from three areas in the Management Panel:

Note: If an employee has not signed up for their account yet, you will not have the option to reset their password.

 


Employees Page


On the left side menu, click on Employees.

 

Hover over the employee you’d like to send the reset notification to and click on the
3-dot menu.

 

In the menu, hover over Reset password, and click on either Send SMS or Send Email

 

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Double-check the employee’s name and click Send. 

 


Programs Page

On the left side menu, click on Programs and then select any program.

 

Hover over the employee you’d like to send the reset notification to and click on the 3-dot menu.

 

In the menu, hover over Reset password, and click on either Send SMS or Send Email

 

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Double-check the employee’s name and click Send. 



Employee Profile Page

On the left side menu, click on Employees. Search for the employee and click on their name. 

 

In the Employee Profile, click on the Actions button on the top right. 

 

In the menu, hover over Reset password, and click on either Send SMS or Send Email

 

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Double-check the employee’s name and click Send.
