You can Contact the Support Team directly on behalf of your Employees if they require assistance
1. Go to the Employees Page.
2. Search the Employee's name in the search bar and open their profile. Click Actions in the top right corner and select Open Ticket
3. The form will open in a new tab. Simply fill out the information and click Submit. This will go directly to our Support Team.
