Setting up a program structure that serves as a template can significantly streamline the process of creating new sessions within an in-class program. This guide will explain how to create and use a program structure.
Access the In-Class Program:
- Log into your agency panel and select the ‘Programs’ tab.
- Use the filter options to quickly locate your active in-class program. Click on it to access the detailed view.
- On the program page, switch to the ‘Schedule’ tab to see the calendar view.
Setting Up the Program Structure:
- Click on "Set your program structure" to open the program structure modal.
- This modal will display fields similar to those used when creating a regular session but is designed to set up a generic template that reflects the most common structure of your training.
- Fill in the necessary details in the modal, such as name, supervisor, and a brief description. Add days the same as in the regular session creation process.
Although this template mirrors a typical session, remember that it’s meant to serve as a starting point for new sessions and not for direct implementation.
- After creating and saving your program structure, it will appear on the left side of the calendar in the schedule tab.
- Drag and drop the program structure onto the desired date on the calendar to create a new session based on this template. This action generates a session with pre-filled details that you can further customize if necessary.
If the training needs to be repeated, you can set the new session to recur according to your needs, whether daily, weekly, or on any custom schedule.
Important notes:
Independence of Sessions from Structure:
- It is crucial to note that once a session is created from the program structure, it becomes independent of the template.
This means that any changes made to the program structure after a session has been created will not affect the session. Each session must be edited individually if changes are required.

Updating the Program Structure:
- You can update the program structure at any time to reflect changes in the training requirements or to improve the template based on feedback.
- However, remember to manually adjust any existing sessions that were created before these changes if they also require updates.
