Add days the same as in the regular session creation process. If the training needs to be repeated, you can set the new session to recur according to your needs, whether daily, weekly, or on any custom schedule.   --- ### Important notes: #### **Independence of Sessions from Structure**: - It is crucial to note that **once a session is created from the program structure, it becomes independent of the template.** This means that any changes made to the program structure after a session has been created **will not** affect the session.
