How to schedule your sessions, edit, and cancel.
Step 1: Accessing the Program

Navigate to the Programs Tab:
- Log into your agency panel and select the ‘Programs’ tab.
- Use the filter options to quickly locate your active in-class program. Click on it to access the detailed view.

Step 2: Utilizing the Calendar for Scheduling

Viewing the Calendar:
- On the program page, switch to the ‘Schedule’ tab to see the calendar view.
- This interface shows all the planned sessions and provides an easy way to manage the scheduling.

Creating New Sessions:
- Click on any date to add a new session.
A "Create Session" modal will appear: - Enter key session details including the session name, supervisor, and description.
- Specify the session’s date, and determine if the session will recur.
- Decide if the session should allow self-booking through the app or require manual assignment, and set the number of seats to manage participant capacity effectively.
- Click on any date to add a new session.
- Create your first day by clicking the Plus button on the right top corner, or by clicking "Add the first day".
- Add all information about each day: hours, content, Session type, address, description, and any additional field. This information will be visible to the employee on the nevvon app, except for content.
- Reorder the days: Clicking the Reorder button will let you drag the days to reorder.
- Add days: by clicking the + icon on the top right corner.
- remove days: by checking the checkbox next to the day's name, and clicking "remove day" in the top right actions menu.
Make sure all modules are covered in the session, at least 1 module per day.
- When you are ready, click Save
Now the session has been created, and you can see them on the calendar.
Step 3: Editing and Canceling Sessions
Edit Sessions
- If adjustments are needed, select the session on the calendar and choose "Edit this session" from the actions menu next to the name of the session:
- You can change the session's name, supervisor, description, date, time, content, address, and participant settings.
- If the session is recurring, you can edit all the recurring sessions as well, and any change will be applied to all the recurring sessions.
Cancel Sessions
- If you need to cancel the session for some reason, you can do it by clicking "Cancel this session" from the actions menu next to the name of the session:
- If the session is a recurring session, you can cancel this and all future sessions.
This action will cancel all the days in the session.
Canceling a session cannot be undone, and any progress will be removed.
