In the Program page, you have the option to filter by the same filters that are available in the Employees page, with the addition of unique filters relevant to programs only.
Click Programs on the left-hand menu.
Select the Program you want to view the details for.
Select from the predefined Filters pinned at the top.
- In-Progress: did not complete the Program
- Due Soon: did not complete the Program and the Due Date is within 2 weeks
- Pending Approval: completed the Program and waiting to be approved by the RN
- Approved: completed the Program and an RN has approved the completion
You can also click the Filters button to see more options. Here you can select employees based on the criteria that you choose.
You can expand any of the choices to reveal more filtering options by clicking on the arrow.
For example, click on the arrow next to Access to Program to view a list of options to filter by.
When you have selected the filter options you need, click APPLY.
Note: Applying the filters will not save the filter for future use. Learn more about saving filters here.
The filters that are unique to Programs are:
- Access to program:
- ENABLED: the employee has access to the program.
- SCHEDULED: the employee does not have access to the Program yet, but will when the Program start date arrives.
- EXPIRED: the employee does not have access to the program since the due date has passed.
- Completion: employees that have reached the selected completion percentage in the program
- Approval date: the date the RN approved the completion of the program
- Progress status: the status of the employee within the Program:
- In-progress: the employee has not completed the Program.
- Pending approval: the employee has completed the Program and is waiting for RN approval.
- Approved: the employee has completed the Program and an RN has approved the completion.
- Start date: the program start date for the employee
- Due date: the program due date for the employee
The filters available in the PROGRAMS and EMPLOYEES Screens are:
- Signed up: employees who have signed up for the Nevvon app
- Disciplines: a list of disciplines used by your Agency and assigned to an employee
- Location: a list of all locations that an employee may be assigned to
- Language: a list of employee's preferred languages
- Employment Date: the date the employee started working with the Agency
- Employee Status: is the employee identified as Active or On hold in Nevvon
- Applicant: employees that are considered an applicant
- Programs: filter to see only employees that are assigned to the selected program or programs.
- Completion: filter to see only employees that have reached the chosen completion rate. Note that the completion rate is made up of all the hours of all the programs the employee is assigned to.
If a Filter is being used, then the number of selections made will show as a number to the right of the filter criteria.
