Are you having difficulty signing up or logging in to your account?
If you are using the HHAX, Viventium, or your Agency Specific App, please log in to their app and click the Nevvon training button. This button will sign/log you into Nevvon without requiring you to sign in with a username and password.
If you and your agency are not using these apps, please follow the steps below.
Follow this video on how to signup and login to Nevvon:
- If this is your first time using Nevvon, enter your phone number to sign up. Include the area code but no dashes. This should be the number that your agency has on file for you, so if the system doesn't recognize this number, please try a different number your agency might be using.
- Click Continue.
- You'll be asked to verify your phone number either by SMS or calling. Choose what you prefer and click Continue.
- Enter the code you received.
The verification code will only be active for 10 minutes, so if more time passes, you will need to click Resend Code.
-The system will now prompt you to choose a password. Make sure it contains:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one upper case and one lower case letter
- At least one number
- Enter it twice and click "Take me to my lessons!"
- You are in! Enjoy your training!
